Technical service provider. Never a wallet. Never a PSP.
Payments settle between the payer and a licensed PSP (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Orange Money, eKash participant, or an acquiring bank). Kada only initiates instructions, receives statuses, and logs outcomes. That keeps us outside the PSP licensing perimeter (Law 61/2021 + Regulation 74/2023 technical-service-provider exemption).
The product lives at kadacollect.com. Contact is hello@kadacollect.com. Voice and WhatsApp still introduce themselves as Kada — short, local, and already in the scripts.
Consent at enrollment. Business hours only (08:00–20:00 Africa/Kigali). Two AI voice attempts per invoice. Instant opt-out. Recordings stored only with a consent flag. No harassment language. A human can always take over.
